Job Description

IT Technical Support OfficerKey Responsibilities:Technical Support:

  • Provide efficient and effective technical support to end-users regarding hardware, networking, Windows OS (Windows 7, 8, and 10), servers, Microsoft Office applications, PC/laptop hardware, peripherals, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure user satisfaction.
Client-Facing Communication:
  • Interact professionally with end-users, providing clear and concise instructions to resolve technical problems.
  • Maintain a strong client-facing approach, addressing user needs with a customer service-oriented mindset.
  1. Multilingual Proficiency:
  • Demonstrate proficiency in both English and Arabic, facilitating effective communication with a diverse user base.
Shift Work:
  • Be willing to work in different shifts to provide support across various time zones and ensure continuous IT service availability.
