  • MUST BE ABLE TO TRANSFER IMMEDIATELY
  • Run the kitchen of a Mediterranean cuisine
  • Create new menu ( Turkish / Mediterranean / Lebanese / Grills / Dessert )
  • Develop and upgrade menu regularly
  • Menu costing and recipes creation
  • Inventory and ordering supplies and ingredient
  • Creating work schedules, delegating tasks, and supervising the daily operations of the kitchen
  • Creating and enforcing standard operating procedures for food preparation, plating, and presentation
