As a˙spa receptionist,˙you are responsible for booking, greeting and assisting clients˙in order˙to˙provide guests˙and˙members with a great experience. You would be responsible for managing˙customer feedback and˙being˙an effective sales˙person.Specifically,˙a receptionist would be˙responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:-˙ Provide˙appropriate and timely˙assistance to guests and customers.-˙ Effectively manage˙customer feedback to˙escalate˙issues˙and˙compliments to enable long-term˙improvement of˙products and services-˙ Interact and˙Communicate with clients and team members-˙ Upsell˙and cross sell other services provided by the SPA-˙ Report˙Accidents, Maintenance Issues,˙or˙Other Incidents-˙ Make sure˙all health and safety˙procedures are followed
