Company: The modern Architecture Company [ Platonic ]- Employment Type: Full Time- Education Level: Bachelor?s Degree in architecture Engineer/ Architecture- Experience: 2 to 5 years- Job Type: BIM ArchitectGeneral Responsibilities- Create and design the BIM model for the architecture and interior design.- shall prepare the required mood boards for the project design.- Minimum level of BIM model shall be (LOD300 ) and more.- Creative design concepts for architecture projects.- Prepare the required working drawings set for the final project submission.- Able to prepare the final BOQ using the BIM tools ( preferable using Autodesk Revit)- Creating new library components.- Preparation of 3d models.- Printing the final set of drawings and tender.- Able to work with construction site team.- Field co-ordination with the construction team.- Site visits to ensure the design is executed as approved.
