Job Description

Overview:We are seeking an experienced and creative Head of Copywriting to lead our team of copywriters and manage the overall copywriting process for the company. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Arabic and English copywriting and the ability to manage and motivate a team to produce high-quality, engaging, and compelling copy across various platforms.Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the copywriting team and managing their workload to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Develop and implement best practices, processes, and guidelines for copywriting to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, and design, to understand project requirements and ensure copywriting aligns with overall brand and marketing strategies.
  • Review and approve all copywriting work the team produces, ensuring quality control is always met.
  • Mentor and coach team members, providing constructive feedback and support to help them develop their skills and reach their full potential.
  • Manage the teams budget and allocate resources effectively to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in copywriting, and implement new techniques and strategies as appropriate.
