We are looking for a qualified?Senior HR Consultant?to lead a variety of human resource projects and provide fruitful human capital advice to Tharwah Clients.The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of human resource management. They will have experience in consulting as well as dealing with actual Talent Management issues. They will be strategic thinkers and problem-solvers with excellent communication skills.The goal is to maximize the value of our HR endeavors that will help business as a whole.Responsibilities???????Initiate and lead Human Resources and Talent Management projects???????Conduct research on various methods (data collection, surveys etc.) to identify a problematic situation or find the cause???????Provide advice and recommendations to clients when dealing with their talent challenges???????Formulate strategic and practical plans to address human resources matters???????Devise plans and techniques to drive change and culture management???????Design talent assessment interventions and deliver engagements with minimal supervision???????Develop talent development journeys and implement with a wider team???????Design learning content using instrucitonal design principles and deliver to clients???????Develop new ideas and solutions for clients to expand Tharwah market footprint
