Job Description

Key Responsibilities?? Customer Interaction & Service? Greet customers with enthusiasm and professionalism, making them feel welcomed.? Answer inquiries about VR sessions, pricing, booking policies, and equipment.? Assist customers in selecting the best VR experience based on their interests and preferences.? Ensure that guests understand the safety protocols and equipment usage guidelines before sessions.??? Bookings & Payment Processing? Manage reservations through our online booking system and handle walk-in customers.? Process payments accurately using the POS system and issue receipts.

  • ? Track session schedules to prevent overbooking and ensure smooth transitions.
Upselling & Customer Engagement? Recommend VR experiences, game bundles, and membership programs based on customer preferences.? Upsell group packages, private events, and promotional offers.? Encourage guests to sign up for our loyalty programs, referral incentives, or memberships.?? Operations & Administration? Maintain a clean and organized front desk, waiting area, and equipment station.? Coordinate with VR facilitators and technical staff to ensure smooth operations.? Handle minor troubleshooting for customer concerns or basic technical issues.?? Customer Satisfaction & Feedback? Address minor customer complaints and escalate major concerns to the manager.? Collect and document customer feedback to improve overall experiences.? Encourage customers to leave online reviews and share their experiences on social media.
