Job Purpose Identify:selling opportunities and achieve sales target, profitability, and superior in-store presence by implementing sales fundamentals (Distribution, Shelving, Display, and Pricing) across different accounts, outlets and actively evaluating customer needs. Key Accountabilities:Description

• Visit all outlets on a daily basis as per the scheduled plans and insure the implementation of sales fundamentals: distribution, shelving, pricing and displays.
• Achieve sales collection and target by customer and by product line as per monthly/ annually target.
• Insure the availability of all range of SKUs as per the RPS (Retail Performance Standard) in order to establish superior in-store presence.
• Provide Reports on competition activities, initiatives and launches.
• Sign new opening account files for all customers and finalize them.
• Ensure proper monitoring and execution of customer?s trade contracts.
• Provide adequate reports of stock expiries & damages.
• Undertake any other duties or assignments as the management requires from time to time.

1. 0-2 Years of experience preferably in FMCG.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
4. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
5. Self-motivated and target-oriented.

• Education: Bachelors Degree in Business or equivalent.
