To carry out Internal Auditing within the departments and entities of SICO Group in Financial, Operational, regulatory, compliance processes and present the final audited reports to Audit Committee/Board of Directors with full integrity.
Plan and conduct financial, regulatory, compliance & operational reviews/audits
Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices and documentation
Conduct risk assessments and identify that controls are in place to mitigate identified risks and analyze and conclude on effectiveness and efficiency of the control environment. Identify control gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Conduct ad-hoc investigations and reviews as requested by Executive management
Liaise with the external auditors
Implement the Internal audit plan on time as scheduled
Document and prepare the results of audit work through timely audited reports for submission and presentation to Audit committee/Board of directors?
