Construction Manager (Road & Infra)ARAB NATIONALS NEED ONLY TO APPLY AS PER OUR CLIENT SPECIFIC NEEDMaximum age: 35-45Work Location: SiteQualificationDegree/Diploma in Civil EngineeringCompetencies/SkillsExcellent written & oral Communication skillPeople ManagementProject ManagementNegotiation SkillsCustomer OrientationContracts ManagementExperience9-12 years (for degree) & 10-15 years (for diploma) in Road?s construction division of reputed companyAdditional QualificationPrimavera software knowledgeRoles ObjectiveLiaise with the Customer for effective coordination and execution of the site activities.Duties & Responsibilities-To direct and control execution of projects to ensure its completion to the standards required within agreed timescales and to the agreed budget level.-Conduct Site visits, liaise with Consultants, Clients for design engineering, manage Contracts, contracts administration and to supervise and coordinate with the project team to ensure that the resources are properly utilized, and the project time schedules are properly met and ensure maximum productivity.-Provide timely assistance for query/problem resolution in all project locations on need basis.-Attend regular HSE meetings with clients, in all projects & ensure safety measures are adhered at all times at all project location.-Apply cost effective solutions and application of value added in the area of strategy. plan, specifications, method, and procedure throughout the assigned project.-Ensure that planning report is prepared detailing the various parameters like design, logistics, material inspection, project execution and mode of client query resolving.-Conduct weekly meetings to ensure the progress of the project and revisit the project charter if any changes are to be incorporated.-Forecast the project schedule along with the team and on that basis work on manpower requirement, equipment mobilization, etc.-Select, train and develop direct reports and other subordinates to ensure continuous improvement of human resource function.-Conduct periodic performance appraisal in line with the companys performance management program.-Ensure copies of PQP. Procedures, Work Instructions and QC Plans are available for implementation at pertinent locations at site. Ensure strict compliance of PQP.-Assess manpower, equipment and other resources required to achieve the milestone /target dates.-Coordinate with the subordinate staff and execute the work as per the planned schedule in conformance with the applicable specifications and PQP.-Ensure fulfilment of HSE requirements at site on a daily basis.-Ensure through the respective functions, timely availability of manpower, equipment and other materials required for the execution of the project and coordinate with the Project Manager on the same.-Continuously assess the actual progress against the scheduled plan in coordination with Planning Engineer and discuss with Project Manager for remedial action.-Ensure timely availability of approved drawings / schedules for the project team.-Follow up approval of materials and drawings with the client.-Coordinate with QA/QC Engineers / Inspectors for fulfilling the inspection requirements of the project and Quality Management System.-Ensure timely disposition of CARS / NCRs raised in the project.This position is strictly for ARAB NATIONAL only.WhatsApp number 0091 9811645433 Company Profile SKC Management Consultancy Pvt.
