Pre-Sales Engineer /Sales Co-ordinator /Estimation Engineer/Project coordinator /Technical Support Engineer Preferable from these roles in the present organization :Technical Support Engineer /Estimation Engineer /Sales Support/Sales Co-ordinator/Sales Executive /Pre-Sales Engineer / Service Sales Executive,AMC Sales Qualification :B.E/ Diploma (Electrical/Mechanical)/Years of Experience :3-5 Years in relevant roles/products (UPS ,SMF VRLA Batteries ,Diesel GeneratorPre-Sales Support ,Sales Coordinator )Preferable experience in these UPS brands (APC-Schneider ,Emerson-Vertiv , Numeric, Fuji-Consul ,Eaton ,ABB ,Legrand, ?etc ) . & Batteries :Quanta/Rocket/Exide & Generator :Perkins ,Cummins ,CAT ,Kirloskar ,PowericaProficiency :In MS office ,E-mail writing &Good verbal communication in English.Note :-We need candidate with good attitude towards -Quick learner , working with more dedication and involvement to capture the nature of work ,taking additional responsibilities.KRAPreparing quotations(Projects,AMC?s, One time services- for UPS ,CBS,Batteries , Generator, , & any other additional products ) Shipment -Local/Foreign coordination ,obtaining freight rates from forwarders .Stock inventory check and keeping track for material IN/OUTPayment follow up -local -telephone/email .Follow up with Foreign supplier to get the order confirmation ,PI,Material,delivery follow up ..etcSupporting to Sales team for any kind of the commercial & technical documentation work, and report generation, email replies.Preparing the sale orders ,purchase request .Preparing & submission of commercial offer based on the manufacturer prices vs project requirements.Coordinating with admin /commercial /accounts & logistics departments for releasing the (PO) & follow-up for delivery of the materials .Collecting prices from various local suppliers/foreign suppliers & negotiating with suppliers to get the best discounted price.
