HOTEL OPERATION MANAGER

Job Description

We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic operation manager in a 3 stars hotel who can deliver extraordinary levels of service and provide creative solutions.POSITION SUMMARY:

• An excellent level of commercial awareness, who can build and maintain relationships with internal and external guests.
• Responsible for highlighting short/medium/long-term issues to the General Manger and to help formulate solutions.
• Required to assist in the preparation of the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes.
• Ensure that staff are trained and well-informed to deliver a unique experience for our guests from check-in through check-out.

• Fully responsible for all aspects of all departments.
• Ensure the premises are in operative condition as per category of the unit to receive & serve the guests.
• Randomly inspecting the stores to check the stock in hand.
• Monitor the purchases, accounts receivable and the accounts payable.
• Monitor the co-ordination between all departments for smooth & efficient operations.
• Identifying staff learning needs and assisting with development
• Responsible for the overall management of the operation of the hotel.
• responsible for ensuring effective training is in place to enable the achievement of desired business results.
