Job Description

We are currently in search of a highly-analytical and qualified estimator for prepare accurate estimates for projects by gathering information, analyzing important metrics, and conducting regular risk assessments.Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing plans, bills of quantities, specifications, and other project documentation in order to estimate projects cost.
  • Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
  • Resolves discrepancies by preparing inquiries list prior to pricing.
  • Maintains up to date cost prices & suppliers details (national & international) database.
  • Working closely with key members of the project team and liaising with suppliers.
  • Collect and keep different quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Keeping detailed records and writing reports.
  • Analyze budgets and prices using software packages.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments.
