We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure the efficient operation of the sales department. The Sales Coordinator will assist with the day-to-day tasks of the sales team and act as a liaison between different departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination. Key Responsibilities:- Support the sales team with daily tasks and administrative duties.- Coordinate and manage sales schedules, meetings, and appointments.- Prepare and process sales orders and ensure accurate and timely entry into the system.- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.- Assist in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and proposals.- Maintain and update customer databases and records.- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales processes.- Monitor and report on sales performance and provide insights to improve sales strategies.- Assist with marketing efforts and promotional activities as needed.
