Job Description

The project facilitator is responsible for assisting in ensuring that the project objectives are implemented according to donor?s requirements.Core Responsibilities:ÿ

  • ÿAssists in collecting data and information to prepare project progress reports.
  • ÿEntering data on the System, and filling all rated document for JP in the project.
  • Creates and maintain an organized database by regularly updating it, to ensure detailed and accurate documentation.
  • ÿEnsures that all project-related documents are properly documented and archived to ensure data preservation.
  • Supports the project team with needed data and maintaining financial expenditures to ensure facilitating the project?s activities.
  • Assists in conducting field visits and following up on component activities to ensure implementation according to project?s plan.
  • Communicates effectively with beneficiaries and provides support when needed.
