Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Teller to join our team in Amman, Jordan. As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, conducting financial transactions, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a customer-oriented mindset.Responsibilities:

  1. Assist customers with various financial transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers.
  2. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all transactions, including counting and verifying cash amounts.
  3. Answer customer inquiries and provide information about bank products and services.
  4. Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Adhere to all banking policies and procedures, including security measures and confidentiality guidelines.
  6. Maintain and balance cash drawers and reconcile discrepancies.
  7. Process loan payments, credit card payments, and other financial transactions.
  8. Assist with opening and closing of accounts.
  9. Proactively promote bank products and services to customers.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. A minimum of 1-5 years of experience in banking or related field.
  2. Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle difficult situations.
  3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  4. Good knowledge of banking products and services.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work well in a team environment.
  7. Proficient in using banking software and computer applications.
  8. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  9. High level of integrity and professionalism.
