ÿ & Task to be doneÿ1.Current solutions ÿ1.1Train, and follow-up with the presale managers to be expert in the solutions and able to do the following:?Analyze the customers? requirements and determine the most proper solution for them.?Demonstrate the solutions professionally, live demo. In addition to, answer the customers clarifications and questions.?Assist the partners & BazyTrack pre sales engineers to either help them in the demonstrations or collaborate with them to understand customers? needs or answer their questions.1.2First line & Second line support training and follow-up with partners, to be able to do the following: ?Solve all first line support tickets?How to do things tickets?, the question from the customer ?How to do something?, the answer from the technical support agent ?Go to then then z and do??ÿ?Solve all second line support ticketsAll tickets need administrator privilege to configure or to change.1.3Manage the relationship with providers?Follow-up with providers for any new requirements, new features, releases, updates, and maintenance.?Conduct the training needed for presale engineers for such new features, updates, and releases, as mentioned 1.1 and 1.2 points above.ÿ2.New solutionsBazyTrack as a software house will search for new opportunities, solutions, and providers continuously. In order to support their partners to maximize profit.The supply chain manager will be responsible to do the followings:ÿ2.1Collaborate with Bazy Track management & marketing to understand the market needs that align with Bazy Track strategy.ÿ2.2Develop the RFP requirements, features, technical evaluation criteria, and financial evaluation criteria.ÿ2.3Search for international or local providers, contact with, manage demos, and technical evaluation.ÿ2.4Develop the evaluation report (technical & financial), and present the report to Bazy Track management.ÿ2.5Manage the contracting process with the selected provider, or providers.ÿ2.6Do the training process, and manage the relationship with providers according to point 1.1 & 1.2 above.ÿ3.Hardware & Devices 3.1ÿDevelop the hardware specifications that are compatible with selected platforms.3.2ÿSearch for international providers.3.3ÿDevelop the evaluation report (technical & financial), and present the report to Bazy Track management.3.4ÿManage the contracting process with the selected provider, or providers.3.5ÿDo the training process, and manage the relationship with providers according to point 1.1 & 1.2 above.Reportingÿ1.Triggered reportWill sent immediately once case happens, such the following as example:?The new features or requirements for current solutions sent by the Presale teamThe supply chain manager will do the job by communicating with proper providers. And sent a report to Bazy Track management including the customer, Partner, Sales person, opportunity, providers answer, time needed to add such feature if applicable, and cost.ÿ?New solution according to the partners requirement?sThe supply chain evaluates the customers? requirements that need a new solution not listed in the Bazy Track portfolio.The supply chain must send a report about such a new solution to the Bazy Track management, including a description about the new solution, partner, customer, sales person, opportunity, the top providers internationally (Quick search).ÿ2.Raise the flag reportWill sent once the supply chain recognized that we will not meet a deadline whatever the reason, the following are example:?We will not reply to the presale engineer for the customers new requirements within 3 working days as we agreed, why, what the supply chain does to cope, and what the suggested solution is.?We will not provide the new solutions or platform comparison report as we plan, why, what the supply chain does to cope, and what the suggested solution is.ÿ3.Weekly reportsWill sent on weekly basis, every Thursday evening, it will mainly the following:?Summary of presale tickets opened, done internally, approved by provider, rejected by provider.?Training sessions done to the presale team. (count + duration)?Training sessions done to the technical support team. (count + duration)?List of new features added to platforms.?Achievements?Challenges?Help needed.ÿ
