Purpose of the job:ÿThe successful applicant is responsible for all human resource activities for the company. Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation. Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.Roles & Responsibilities1. ÿProvide advice, assistance, and follow-up on company policies, procedures.ÿ2. ÿCoordinate with the recruitment part to provide soft landing to the new joiners (bank details, fingerprint & insurance enrolment).3. ÿAssist in payroll preparation (mobile invoices, deduction (insurance, unpaid leaves & annual balance), new joiners, resigned employees, overtime)4. ÿManage all operations with the mobile company in term of activation, deactivation, roaming and international services, offers negotiations)5. ÿHandle the resignation process (communication, clearance, final settlements, and documentation)6. ÿManage all operations with the medical insurance company and employees, comparing insurance offers for renewal purposes)ÿ7. ÿMaintain human resource data bases on HR System in term of Time & Labour, data cleansing)8. ÿSupport employees in the administrative requests (letters to embassies, banks, others)ÿ9. ÿPerform specific research/investigation into operational issues, as requested.ÿ10. ÿAssist in companies social eventsÿ11. ÿAccident insurance management.12. ÿOther duties as assigned.Additional By coordinating and working closely with the Human Resource team, the job holder will fulfill the need of the group in terms of proper attendance tracking, maintain good employee relations and work as a team as well as to keep the company a great place to work.
