Job Description

Job Summary:˙The Retail & OR Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing showroom operations, sales, customer relations, product availability, inventory management, and sales promoter activities across both the retail and OR channels to achieve sales targets and ensure excellent customer experiences.˙Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Showroom Operations Management:
  • Supervise showroom operations and analyze sales performance.
  • Conduct floor evaluations and provide direct sales support.
  • Ensure product availability and display promotional materials (Visual Merchandising - V.M).
  • Schedule showroom working hours, shifts, and rotation.
  • Provide training to showroom staff on selling skills and product knowledge.
  • Maintain and improve retail Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure store cleanliness and health and safety measures.
  1. Accounts Management (OR Channel):
  • Oversee OR accounts, which include clients who purchase or receive products on consignment.
  • Develop and implement strategies for selling and managing consignment stock to achieve sell-thru and sell-out targets.
  • Invoice clients for products sold.
  • Manage stock levels, ensuring optimal availability and preventing overstock.
  • Collect accounts receivable (AR) from OR clients.
  1. Sales Promoter Management (OR Channel):
  • Oversee the performance of sales promoters in the OR channel.
  • Schedule sales promoters working hours, shifts, and rotation.
  • Ensure promoters have appropriate training and resources.
  • Coordinate with branch managers and the field coordinator for after-sales cases and service quality.
  1. Reporting and Communication:
  • Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Coordinate with the direct manager regarding showroom and OR channel status.
  1. Customer Relations:
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and issues.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the overall customer experience.
  1. General Duties:
  • Coach, counsel, train, and discipline employees under supervision.
  • Perform any other duties related to the role as assigned by the Direct Supervisor.
