As part of our expansion, we are seeking a talented and experienced Remote Dispatch Specialist to join our team in Amman, Jordan.As a Remote Dispatch Specialist at MJN Facility, you will play a vital role in coordinating and optimizing our dispatch operations. You will be responsible for efficiently managing the dispatch of our skilled technicians to various locations to address maintenance issues reported by our clients. With your excellent communication skills and attention to detail, you will ensure effective communication between clients, technicians, and our internal teams to promptly resolve maintenance problems.Responsibilities:Coordinate and monitor the dispatch process to ensure timely deployment of technicians to client locations.Receive and prioritize maintenance requests, accurately recording essential details.Contact technicians and assign them to the appropriate locations based on their expertise and workload.Follow up with technicians during their assignments to ensure timely arrival, efficient problem-solving, and completion of tasks.Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates on technician arrival times and addressing any concerns.Collaborate closely with our maintenance teams, including supervisors and technicians, to ensure smooth workflow and prompt resolution of maintenance issues.Utilize various communication channels (phone, email, and online platforms) to relay information effectively.Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including detailed documentation of work orders, technician availability, and customer interactions.Identify areas for improvement in dispatch operations and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency.Support sales efforts by identifying upselling opportunities and conveying them to clients.
