Main Objective of The Position?We are seeking a Project Coordinator who acts as a Scrum Master to join our rapidly growing company Amman, Jordan. You will be responsible for assisting project managers and account executives managing the existing and future projects in Avertra?s pipeline.?Main Job Responsibilities
  • Using Avertras agile methodology (MiFlow) values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
  • Training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow MiFlow values, principles, and practices.
  • Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
  • Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.
  • Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements.
  • Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing.
  • Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team.
  • Tracking project processes, deliverables, and financials.
  • Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.
  • Troubleshooting and assisting the team members when facing time entry system errors.
  • Working with the project team to make sure time entry is accurate and on time.
  • Providing accurate information to the accounting department for invoicing every month end.
  • Gathering information for the invoicing process based on existing contracts, SOW, or any other contractual and technical document, and based on project actuals to maximize revenue
  • Working closely with the Project Manager/Account Executive and internal departments to reflect changes to the projects in the system.
  • Providing Project Managers/Account Executives with information about the project when required.
  • Leading activities to optimize the project administration processes and sharing potential improvements to stakeholders based on the daily hands-on experience in the job.
