Support our operations Manager in planning and overseeing daily operations.
Make sure everything we do aligns with company policies and industry regulations.
Handle logistics and supply chain operations, from procurement to delivery.
Assist with the compilation of new menus and beverage lists.
Coordinate with suppliers and transporters to ensure timely deliveries.
Coordinate with Central Kitchen and all outlets to ensure smooth operation running.
Keep an eye on product quality and ensure we meet food safety standards.
Work with the quality assurance team to address any issues.
Participate in inspections and audits to maintain compliance.
Identify areas for improvement and suggest innovative solutions.
Identifying and resolving any problems in the production process
Implement best practices to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
Help develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Prepare detailed reports on inventory, logistics performance, and quality metrics.
Ensure all operational activities are well-documented.
Assist in creating reports for management review.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve our goals.
Support and guide junior staff and new hires.
Promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
