Job PurposeÿA Logistics clerk organizes records such as supplier contracts, quotations, and tender documents, both physically and digitally to support a robust audit chain for the logistics department.Daily duties will involve copying and scanning originals, organizing the server according to pre-defined nomenclature and topography, and carrying out spot checks on the physical archive for historical projects.Objectivesÿ-Physical/Digital archiving including printing and scanning Logistics documentsÿ-Internal logistics spot-checking of procurement foldersÿDuties and Responsibilitiesÿ- Assists Logistics department as needed on administrative tasks such as printing and scanning Logistics documents.ÿ- Support logistics team in handling the tender process.- Prepare tender opening folders with all updated offers. prior to tender opening dayÿ- Support on handling laptop tender inbox, prepare offers, BID Register and Manage Questionsÿ- Maintaining the Supplier Database (PRO-03.1) for ACTED Syria.ÿ- Register 100% of new orders on the Capital Order Form Follow-Up (OFFU) and record the progress of each procurement until the completed file is transferred to Finance for payment.ÿ- Other duties and tasks as assigned.ÿKey Performance IndicatorsÿExample, the key performance indicator (KPI) is a measurable value that demonstrates how effectively a company is achieving key business objectives.
