Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ICT Wireless Director for our company in KSA. The individual will work remotely from the company offices in Jordan and conduct visits to the company offices in KSA whenever is required.The ICT Wireless Director is technically and commercially responsible of managing ICT Wireless Department. He is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing wireless telecommunications technology projects from conception to completion including sales, marketing, business development, implementation of technical projects and wireless communications products, opening new opportunities through increasing the size of existing projects and expanding the customer base.Key Responsibilities

  • Develop the Division short and long-term goals and objectives in collaboration with the GM to ensure alignment with the company overall vision, mission and objectives.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of the divisions annual business plan in order to ensure alignment with company overall annual business plan.
  • Manage business development and conduct marketing and sales for company?s products and services in the wireless communications technology sector.
  • Study and analyze the market, products, services, local and global trends and develop plans to establish business opportunities for company?s products & services.
  • Develop a methodology to achieve the goals of the business unit.
  • Understand and analyze current and future customer projects to raise the level of readiness of all products/services/activities through coordination with the relevant departments such as technical and sales teams.
  • Constant communication with customer representatives at senior management levels to ensure complete customer satisfaction and business continuity and growth.
  • Manage negotiations, discussions and periodic meetings with clients at all project stages.
  • Understand and reflect the customers vision and future needs to develop the products and services of the business units to ensure business continuity and development.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source equipment, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships to meet project requirements.
  • Recommend the division?s budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that he is aware of anticipated costs, areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalized upon.
  • Develop comprehensive projects plans, including objectives, scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for division?s projects.
  • Provide in-depth technical guidance and expertise in wireless technologies, network design, and infrastructure deployment throughout the projects? lifecycle.
  • Lead project teams, ensuring that all projects activities are carried out according to plan and within budget and quality standards. Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Manage Division resources, including personnel, equipment, and third-party vendors or contractors. Ensure efficient resource allocation and utilization.
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of policies, procedures and controls so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.
  • Champion the process of effective leadership to raise employees? awareness towards the company vision, strategy and values to ensure high level commitment towards the company.
  • Oversee the effective achievement of the department objectives through managing people and teams ? setting individual objectives, recruiting qualified staff, managing performance, developing and motivating staff and providing formal and informal feedback and appraisal ? in order to maximize subordinate and team performance.
  • Ensure effective working relationships with other divisions in company.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to various stakeholders, including senior management, regulatory bodies, and technical teams.
