HR/ Admin Assistant (Hiring is conditional to budget availability)Job PurposeHR & Admin Assistant is responsible of assist in implementing HR tasks including administrational activities which include not limited to (staff management, recruitment, filing, and day-to-day requirements) under the supervision of the HR officer.Duties and Responsibilities:Human Resources:a)ÿCarry out procedures related to local HR practices & Activitiesb)ÿFollow up of staff (Nationals & Internationals) leaves & Attendance, provide necessary forms for staff and review the whole process and leave balances for Area offices, while neededc)ÿFollow up of ACTED HR standards templates in line with ACTED HR Manual/policies and answer employees questions and provide requested information.d)ÿFollow up exits documents for national and international staff.National Staff Recruitments:a)ÿSchedule interviews/tests and coordinate hiring process steps and calendar activitiesb)ÿEnsure to check successful candidate ?Reference Check? prior to offer the positionc)ÿEnsure to collect all necessary documents of applicants as indicated in ACTED HR regulations.d)ÿDraft employment contract for staff and collect all information required for contract. (ID card, photos, identification information, ?recruitment package? etc.)e)ÿTracking new employee?s orientation, on boarding, welcome package, and ensure provide them with ACTED mandatory trainings.Personal Folders / Filing:
