Job Summary:ÿThe Corporate Sales Supervisor holds a strategic and pivotal role within our organization, overseeing and optimizing corporate sales operations. This position is integral to the effective management of orders, the cultivation of strong client relationships, and the achievement of ambitious sales targets within the corporate sector. The Corporate Sales Supervisor is a cornerstone for maximizing market shares, streamlining operations, and enhancing customer satisfaction to the highest degree within the corporate sales domain.ÿJob Duties and Responsibilities:ÿ1.Tenders and Proposals:

  • Identify and respond to corporate sales tenders and proposals.
  • Ensure the timely submission of tender documents and follow up on the tendering process.

  1. Account Retention and Growth & New Account Acquisition:
  • Develop and execute strategies to retain and expand sales within existing corporate accounts.
  • Analyze account performance and recommend adjustments to meet client needs and sales objectives.
  • Implement retention initiatives to reduce customer churn and increase client loyalty.
  • Identify potential corporate clients and work on acquiring new accounts.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and sectors.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to create targeted campaigns for lead generation.

  1. Sales Targets and Offers:
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets for corporate accounts.
  • Craft compelling offers for bank agents or intermediaries as required.
  • Strategically work towards expanding market shares across all sectors.
ÿ4.Account Manager Supervision:úLead and guide a team of Account Managers.úSet monthly sales targets for Account Managers and monitor their progress.úCollaborate with Account Managers to ensure effective account management and customer satisfaction.úReview and approve financial transactions and account reconciliations prepared by the Account Managers.úConduct regular meetings and performance evaluations with Account Managers to ensure departmental goals are met.
  1. Communication and Updates:
  • Keep clients well-informed about new offers and the latest product models.
  • Disseminate product information to agents and employees within client organizations.

  1. Reporting and Financial Control:
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive PSI (Purchase, Sales, Inventory) reports on a weekly basis.
  • Effectively manage account balances and invoices in collaboration with the Finance Department.
  • Vigilantly monitor overdue balances, ensuring timely settlements.
ÿ9.General Duties:úDiligently manage and track all corporate sales orders.úEnsure the timely delivery of orders and accurate invoicing.úProvide sales forecasts for each corporate account.úImplement continuous stock checks to maintain optimal availability.úCollaborate with demand planning or marketing departments to efficiently split and fulfill orders.úPerform any other duties related to the role as assigned by the Direct Supervisor.
