BIM Mechanical EngineerJob Location: Amaala, Red Sea, Saudi ArabiaProject: Infrastructure (Amaala – Red Sea Project)Availability: Immediate JoiningKey Responsibilities:•Develop and update 3D BIM models for mechanical systems – HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and utilities.•Coordinate with electrical and civil teams to ensure model accuracy and clash-free design.•Perform clash detection and issue coordination reports using Revit, Navisworks, or BIM 360.•Prepare shop drawings, BOQs, and material take-offs as per approved design.•Maintain BIM documentation and ensure compliance with project and client BIM standards.•Support site teams with model-based coordination and construction sequencing.Qualification & Experience:•Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.•Minimum 5 years of BIM Mechanical experience in infrastructure or projects.•Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit , Navisworks, and AutoCAD.•Experience with infrastructure utilities, HVAC, or Red Sea/NEOM projects preferred.•Immediate joining is required.Kindly fill in the below details,1.Total Work Experience2.Total Gulf Experience3.Visa Type (Own / Freelancer / Azad)4.Currently Working or Not5.Current Location6.Nationality7.Current or Last Salary8.Able to join Immediate (Within 1-3 days)9.BIM Experience
