E. Planning of major overhauls on critical equipment and direct subordinate staff.F. Assist in Preparing forecast report for spares, special tools and manpower.G. Carry out equipment reliability studies and performance evaluation.D. Analyze and monitor the performance efficiency of the work and prepare failure analysis reportas requiredH. Be able to make quick and sound decisions and to decide on necessity to replace or repairparts.I. Be capable of group communication to direct and control work he is responsible for.J. Preparation various monitoring forms, minutes, reports, letters etc.K. Implementation of work procedures & standards.L. Should have worked on maintenance of Rotating Equipment, mechanical seals, alignmentsetc.
