Job Description

  • Perform the assigned duties as per the set policies and procedures in order to achieve the department goals.
  • Verify the quantity and the quality of all the entered materials to the store, check them and record defect.
  • Ensure entering all the materials information into the system.
  • Prepare the materials receipt voucher and the material checklist.
  • Manage the process of loading and off-loading of materials weather by hand or by the forklift.
  • Perform stock-related tasks and duties, including receiving, unload, returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies.
  • Perform daily tasks including, checking the availability of materials in the store, shipping and receiving of materials.
  • Adhere to the established safety and protection policies and procedures.
  • Prepare reports on inventory, which includes information about date and time of arrival and volume of sales ensure items remain in stock.
  • Perform any other tasks related to the job assigned by the direct manager.
