Job Description

The post holder is responsible for assisting in MOH tender deliveries in his assigned area(s) and collect POD on timely basis. Work with the team leader of the area to withdraw stocks from the MOH main warehouse to the hospitals on regular basis and report weekly stock level by item in the main warehouse. Support the sales team in various logistical tasks in the area to maintain a high service level is consistently provided to the hospitals.Responsibilities

  • Responsible for delivering MOH tender items for all 3 departments on timely basis by coordinating appointment with the MOH main warehouse coordinators
  • Ensure timely and accurately collection of PODs by area by item by delivery and upload it to Odoo system
  • Report on weekly basis stock level by item in the main warehouse by division to the area team leader/Sr. product specialist
  • Validate and report to team leader/quality officer any issues related to damaged packaging, near expiry, or missing items related to each delivery dispatched
  • Support the Sales & Biomed teams in ad hoc tasks to facilitate servicing hospitals and end users in the assigned areas
  • Follow up on pending payments when needed in private hospitals to expedite the payment process.
