Responsibilities:Operate different HR services such (Recruiting, talent management, performance management, Compensation and benefit etc..) with?HR Consultant to different clients across MENA.Prepare industry search, HR case studies to different HR situations to be benchmarked.Manage 360 recruiting cycle, sourcing professional level candidates and manage client reports.Operate HR advisory services such as: salary benchmark, performance appraisal methodology guidelines.Design HR advisory project pipeline, Client briefing documentation in close cooperation with HR consultant.Meet and speaks regularly with top talents and identifies new opportunities for them (Passive search).Engages in different people management projects with client.Provides the instant feedback to clients about their people management practices.
