Day-to-day purchases for a luxury furniture manufacturing company for different suppliers globally
Co-ordinating with vendors on a regular basis and keeping a strong relationship to expedite the supply chain
Keep a record of daily inventory for inward and outward materials
maintaining an optimal supply of stock as per orders to available in the factory to avoid any kindly of shortfalls
Followed up for shipment up to the arrival and departure from the warehouse.
Preparing the follow-up of the arrival and departure of the shipment from and to the warehouse.
Responsible for coming up with strategies to save costs while ensuring supplier performance goals are achieved.
Managing the office inventory and sending out orders for supplies as and when needed.
