1.General craft, construction and maintenance work throughout the and Campus.2.Supervising the staffs that are doing Electrical Plumbing, HVAC3.Co-ordinate the setting up different areas for Examinations, events, in addition to the various functions and ceremonies that take place in the institute throughout the year4.Dealing with the setup of various rooms, offices and assisting in removal and relocation of offices, rooms and equipment5.Familiar with Security/Fire Safety/Health & Safety matters and be a member of the critical incident team within the institute6.To oversee the work of the institute Maintenance Team7.Supervise and coordinate the work of contractors8.Manage and lead change to ensure minimum disruption to core activities9.Ensure buildings meet health and safety requirements10.check that agreed work by staff or contractors has been completed satisfactorily and follow up on any deficiencies11.Guide, coordinate and lead one or more teams to cover various areas of responsibility12.Use performance management techniques to monitor and demonstrate achievement of agreed service levels and to lead on improvement13.Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and resolve them14.Manage and maintain appropriate level of maintenance inventories.
