To execute the quality control plan, policies, and procedures. and perform testing of products based on agreed testing method in order to maintain high quality and food safety standards within the plant.Doing routine & assigned analysis/activities as per sampling/monitoring and control plan of their respective area / section.Timely inform about the results of analysis and status of product.Maintain the result recording properly, correctly, timely and in orderly manner into defined control record sheets
