Able to diagnose, repair, modify, install and maintain a variety of processing equipment including pasteurizer, ovens, mixer, hoses and valves and investigate equipment.
Assemble and disassemble hydraulic pumps, cylinders and valves parts and systems.
Operate, maintain and test electro mechanical equipment.
Identify faults, investigating equipment breakdowns and monitoring the performance of equipment after repairs have been carried out.
Count stock and investigate any discrepancies found.
Complete all relevant documentation and weekly reports.
Supervise inspection of received goods and inform Supervisor of damage, shortages, over?s and specification differences.
Oversee the work of the institute Maintenance Team.
Supervise and coordinate the work of contractors.
Familiar with Security/Fire Safety/Health & Safety matters and be a member of the critical incident team.
Supervising the staffs that are doing Electrical, Plumbing & HVAC maintenance work.
