Operate dairy equipment and produce dairy and beverages products, investigate production issues, and drive improvement in quality standards.�
Demonstrate an understanding of the Production Labour & Machine Operator curriculum, subject content, and the developmental needs of students by providing relevant food industry learning experiences.
Plan using Standards of Learning, effective strategies, resources, and data to meet the needs of all trainees.
Effectively engage trainees in learning by using a variety of instructional strategies in order to meet individual learning needs.
Systematically gather, analyze, and use all relevant data to measure trainee academic progress, guide instructional content and delivery methods, and provide timely feedback to both trainees and stakeholders throughout the Academic year.
