Job Description

Job Purpose:This job will provide an essential support to SSD and Industrial functions in terms of performing financial analysis, budget planning & controlling related to product costingJob Responsibilities:Information & Reports:

  • Provide financial analysis and other ad-hoc analytical support to SSD & Industrial functions.
  • Responsible for preparing and publishing the financial performance reports to SSD and Industrial functions.
Finance Operations:
  • Lead the budget planning process from Operations Finance related to SSD & Industrial functions.
  • Track and control Materials & Industrial spending vs. budget.
  • Maintain cost structure of all products in the systems (SAP, Essbase).
  • Develop costing structure of all NPDs.
  • Quantify product recipe reformulation, re-engineering & other productivity initiatives.
  • Verify all recipes & packaging BOMs before starting next year budget process.
  • Set-up product costing in SAP costing module.
  • Maintain material ledger in SAP.
  • Ensure accurate product cost reporting in SAP & Essbase for all in-house produced & co-packing SKUs.
  • Develop SOPs related to SAP Costing Module.
  • Evaluate capital projects payback and cost/benefit analysis.
  • Monitor and report capital projects spending on regular basis.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing process.
  • Prepare manual journal entries of accruals and provisions related to Product Cost.
Other Finance:
  • Support Operations Finance Controller in all budgeting and forecasting process related to Operations Finance Area.
  • Support HO Finance Accounting team for year-end audit requirements.
Safety, Quality & Environment:
  • Comply with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
