Job Description

  • Monitoring the vessels arrivals/departures and making sure all the material is arranged and ready to connect to vessels on time
  • Regular monitoring and check the available stock levels and must be maintained. Good command over tracking, monitoring and replenishing the stock /inventory materials
  • Communicating with vessels for sending the material delivery documents and getting their acknowledgement when required
  • Following up with Inventory buyer and responding the buyers and other?s queries regards to the availability of material in WH
  • logging, reporting and maintaining records of all inflow and outflow material movements
  • Monitoring and recording the backload material received back to TJB WH for storage and supply when required (e.g., FIFI pump spares etc., hoses with valid certifications)
  • Controlled storing and staging of inventory material, where they can be easily located and retrieved as per the given standard templates or formats
  • Making sure in maintaining the inventory report with full accuracy and visibility
  • Making the material movement transactions in oracle ERP (issuances and inventory receipts etc.,)
  • Verbal and written handover by end and beginning of each shift for the pending tasks to be completed
  • Coordinating, maintaining and controlling the backload materials, storage materials and their accountability
  • Coordination with the technical team and operations team for updating he backload material movement and its dispatch information to the nominated vendors.
  • Maintaining a clear track/record of all supplied material to vessels on daily basis and ensuring that all the available materials supplied to the arrived vessel without any delay.
  • Making sure all the incoming and outgoing materials has to have a proper supporting documents justifies its arrival or departure
