Roles and Responsibilities- Manage day to day base operations.- Supervise the operation and deployment of pollution equipment and staff.- Ensure that all spill response equipment is maintained in accordance with the applicable regulatory requirements.- Responsible for the implementation of all HSE and other procedures.- Responsible for ensuring the safety of all staff and safe execution of all work conducted.- Responsible for safe execution of all work conducted.- Responsible for the prepackaging of oil spill response equipment for rapid deployment.- Demonstrate understanding of oil spill response.- Experience coordinating and controlling the movement of all materials/ equipment in the office/ store relating to the project operations.- Ability to lead and enforce a high-performance organization.- Ability to work well both as part of a team and on own initiative.- Well-developed sense for assessment, problem-solving and logistical decision-making.- Detail oriented.
