Responsible for the development, implementation, administration, reporting and analyzing of all types of assessments as assigned.Working as part of the technical team the analyst will ensure that the written/performance assessments are developed and maintained as per the company policy for the Technical disciplines.Duties:1. Ensure that all assessments are completed on time.2. Complete the analysis of all assessments as per the KPIs.3. Maintain the records of all the assessments.4. Develop written and practical assessments in your field of expertise and work with the relevant Subject Matter Experts (SME) in the assessment development process.5. Develop periodic statistical reports.6. If required, take on Mentor responsibilities.7. If required, assist with QA Audits.8. If required, assist with policy reviews and development.9. Investigate ways of continually improving the operation of the unit.10. Be a proactive member of the AAU Team.11. Uphold the SPSP Quality Policy.12. Any other duties as reasonably required by SPSP Management.
