Job Description

Description:

  • Create projectaccountsin the accounting system
  • Authorize access to project accounts
  • Authorize the transfer of expenses into and out of project-related accounts
  • Review and approve timesheets for work related to a project
  • Report to management regarding the remaining funding available for projects
  • Create or approve all project-related billings to customers
  • Respond to requests for more detail from Project Manager
  • Approve the write-off of any project-related billings that cannot be billed to or collected from customers
  • Closeout project accounts upon project completion
  • Responsible of approve projects Financial expanses
  • Organize work regulations inside the site.
  • Following up with warehouse inside the site.
