? Develop and establish quality assurance measures and standards for training services.? Conduct studies and prepare reports and provide recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential deficient areas in training.? Liaise with training in assessing training materials when purchasing or adopting.? Conduct internal and external reviews to assess compliance with established QA standards and prepare required reports.? Verify and revise quality assurance standards as needed.? Observe classes to ensure curriculum and delivery are meeting set standards, methodologies and practices? Make recommendations for improvement of training processes and related services.? Promote awareness and knowledge of quality assurance best practices.? Work with accrediting bodies to ensure SPSP accreditation and reaccreditation.? Participate in Peer reviews done for other training centers.? Perform other duties as required.
