A multinational pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting for Market Access Manager to be based in Algeria . This client has the ability and reputation for being able to attract and retain the very best talent on the market, so competition for this opportunity will be high.Key aspects of the role include:- Ensuring the implementation of a strategy locally for obtaining and maximizing market access- Partnering with key market stakeholders and centers to understand the Market Access requirements; mapping key stakeholders and thought leaders- Facilitating patient access programs and building strategic partnerships with healthcare companies- Identifying opportunities for partnership with health authorities; initiating market access initiatives- Providing training to field support teams; communicating the role of market access through presentations- Ensuring sustainable reimbursement of productsTo be successful you will need to meet the following:- Degree in Medicine/Pharmacy/Life Science/Finance/HE/Public Health, or related field; Advanced degree is an advantage- At least 2 years of experience in Market Access in the Pharmaceutical industry or within consultancy in the areas of HEOR and market access- Excellent communication skills at all levels- Technical knowledge of the Algeria market access system- Ability to influence stakeholders- Problem solving skills; planning and monitoring skills- Strong communication skills in English, Arabic and FrenchIf you feel this is the position for you please apply with your updated CV and contact details to arrange a confidential discussion.
