Defines local budget and consolidates the company training and development budget and business plan
Defines policy, procedures and standards for training and development
Ensures quality of training and development delivery according to best practices
Supervises / Manages the design of all training courses and materials ensuring effective and efficient use of resources (including MBA Program)
Sources cost-effective training & development solutions to meet and company requirements
Oversees all new starter training ensuring delivery of highest quality of knowledge and practical-based training
Manages managerial, local and functional trainings and development activities
Defines the plan for centralized (corporate) trainings and local training with input from local/BU HR responsible
Verifies the alignment of Performance Review with the training and development plan for?all?resources and managerial positions
Manages the development, assessment and succession plan processes for all departments
Evaluates and chooses between external and in-house training
