Job Description

Egypt Time Co. is looking for a highly organised, articulate, and proactive Account Executive to join our growing team in Alexandria.This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, and a passion for brand storytelling, partnerships, and client engagement. Candidates with experience in tourism, hospitality, education, or university-facing industries are strongly encouraged to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesManage corporate communications and client relations professionally in EnglishCoordinate email outreach and Instagram/LinkedIn DM outreach campaignsFilter and organise applications and enrolment form dataCoordinate tasks and timelines across multiple internal teamsAssist with event planning, logistics, and programme operationsPrepare reports, presentations, and internal documentationSupport business development initiatives and partnership outreachContribute to pitches and proposals for universities, student unions, institutions, and corporate stakeholdersCommunicate brand messaging clearly and professionally to C-suite executives and external partnersPrepare and send contracts, partnership agreements, and administrative documentsSupport social media management and content coordinationRequirementsFluent English (written and spoken) is a MUSTExperience in corporate communications, account management, social media management, event coordination, and related fieldsExperience in working on projects with clients abroadStrong organisational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent interpersonal and presentation skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in CRM, Canva, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Workspace/Microsoft Office, and digital communication toolsExperience in tourism, hospitality, education, creative industries, or university partnerships is highly preferredBasic salary + commission on business development tasks.SkillsWhat We?re Looking ForWe are seeking someone who is:Highly detail-oriented and dependableWilling and Open to learningDoer mentalityProfessional and confident communicating with senior stakeholdersAble to travel and attend events regularlyCreative yet operationally organisedAdaptable and solutions-orientedPassionate about culture, education, and international engagementCan work in an office environment and attend online meetings regulary.
