Job DetailsHandle Home Repeater/Mini Repeater device installations as communicated from Direct Manager in form of Trouble Tickets. this scope includes but not limited to? Contact Customer to agree on visit Date/Time? Update Direct Manager with the visit Date/Time? Maintain Etisalat Misr image in visit assigned? Ensure to implement the installation required for HR/MR according to its agreed SLA? Ensure to resolve the error/glitch/technical fault in the visit that may appear? Update his direct manager with the visit result for Trouble Ticket to be updated accordingly? Ensure to maintain scope safety/tools availability along working hours.Qualifications Essential? University Degree or secondary technical diploma.? Good in Arabic (Reading, Writing & Oral)Qualifications Desirable? NAExperience Essential? 2-4 years Experience.?
