- Following up, directing, training, developing and evaluating workers (permanent and new) under his supervision to reach the highest performance that achieves the desired goals.- Set shift schedules for all branch employees to ensure that order is achieved within the branch.- Preparing a check list and confirming it daily to ensure the quality of the products- Solve customer problems and inquiries and receive their suggestions to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.- Review the items with department officials and ask for deficiencies from the products first-hand to ensure continuous provision to customers based on the Order Sheet and the speed of item turnover based on the sales evaluation report sent by the Marketing Department.- Continuous monitoring of the branch cleanliness to ensure quality- Ensure the progress of the sales process in terms of (arranging shelves - clarity of product prices for the customer - distribution of products to the branch - receipt of products)- Continuous monitoring of the validity of products to ensure the safety and health of customers and maintain the companys reputation.- Monitor the validity of the products up-to-date- Check price cards up-to-date on the display shelves- Apply food and beverage standards to ensure product quality and safety.- Follow up the delivery and implementation of all new or updated instructions and ensure that they reach the first level of workers to ensure transparency and higher performance of workers.
