Rewind Production a Dubai-based digital Marketing agency is looking for a full-time, ÿFemale Social Media Manager ( MINIMUM 3-4 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN DIGITAL MARKETING AGENCY)ÿwho will be responsible for spearheading the strategy and execution of their external clients social initiatives - this includes account and platform management, strategy, content planning, and creation of insights & reporting.Responsibilities

• Design and implement a social media strategy to align with the client?s business goals.
• Create, edit, publish, and share engaging content to develop brand awareness on Facebook, Instagram, , and other relevant social media channels.
• Manage clients social platforms and oversee the design and layout, from inception to implementation and results analysis.
• Implement online community strategy and develop community management guidelines and engagement best practices on relevant social networking sites.
• Monitor social media conversion rates, web traffic metrics, and SEO rankings. Regular reporting to deliver insights and actionable recommendations.
• Stay current with the latest social media trends, design tools, and applications.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Marketer or similar role in any Digital Marketing agency.
• Extensive experience on Facebook, Instagram TikTok, Snapchat, and .
• Hands-on experience working with social media management and listening tools.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
• A creative thinker with a strategic approach to content planning.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Team coordination and quality delivery
• Multi-Account management for different clients will be added advantage.
