Managing and supporting various Oracle Applications modules and Oracle based third party software deployed by AICT and maintaining a stable and firm integration between the various software services needed by business.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs business process modeling for oracle E- business HR, payroll and time attendance areaand their integrations with other applications
Defines business and system requirements
Participates in conducting solution design working sessions, workshops and solution development lab activities which includes configuration, development of test scenarios and testing to confirm validity of the solution
Coach others in regard to product-specific best practices
Assist users preparing testing scripts and conducts testing and validation processes
Planning and working to a deadline
Documentinganalysis, solution design, user manuals, and training manuals
Working closely with developers and DBAs and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
Responsible for troubleshooting, problem solving and providing support to ensure continual service and reduced downtime
Meeting with end users to identify project requirements, develop project plans and schedules, writes, tests and implements software according to the end user?s specifications
Creating and executing project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
Quality assurance of applications developments and new implementations
Easily recognizing system deficiencies and implementing effective solutions
Assists in support of applications on 24/7 basis
Responsible for problem escalation to Oracle support team and third parties as appropriate
Complying with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and IT Policies
Complying with AIM methodology and templates
Responsible of company information security in applications area
