• Create new question sets when needed for process audits. Participate in audit team meetings and share information as needed. Prepare reports and gather information from audit tool to provide meaningful information for monthly reports.
• Prepare, conduct, report and follow up on project audits across all Business Units.
• Monitor project audit findings and actions and ensure ongoing support to the close out of actions in a time manner as outlined in approved audit standards. Escalate issues to Quality Director as needed.
• Validate subconsultant quality management systems utilizing established audit procedures; documenting evidence; determining operational and performance qualification; writing and updating quality assurance procedures. Understand Win Work and Deliver Work Business Management System as well as regional procedures.
• Collaborate with other members of quality team to develop new means and methods and training procedures. Attend Office Quality Calls and present information as requested to highlight trends, findings and areas of improvement.
• Participate in educational opportunities; maintaining professional networks and participating in professional organizations.
• Other responsibilities include monitoring the overall QA system for effectiveness and compliance to all system and procedures as well as Client requirements. Preparing and revising internal system procedures to meet organizational needs and requirements.

What will you contribute?

• Bachelor?s degree in Supply Chain Management, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Business Management, Engineering or Technical field suggested plus a minimum of three years? experience in the field of quality control.
• Without a degree, seven years? of related experience in the field of quality control.
• Must possess experience in quality assurance/control, auditing internal and external projects, and understanding a Quality Management System.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills and knowledge of Project Management (IT/IS) systems required.
• Must have at least one of the following certifications, or able to receive within 6 months of hire date:? Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)? Certified Quality engineer (CQE)? Certified Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence (CMQOE)? ISO 9001:2008 Lead Auditor Training
